In the recent scenarios child obesity is usual among the children. Child affected from obesity looks fat and huge as compare to other kids of his/her age and height. It is quite common among children of US and UK. Generally an obese child’s weight is higher in proportion to his height and age. An obsess child always face great problems to lead a normal life. There are numerous causes that led him into the trouble. Obesity may be due to genetically transmitted, or may be due to insufficiency of correct physical exercises or may be due to a wrong eating habits.

According to the study if child is born to obese parents then he might be obese as well, but this is not the confirmed fact. Their might be various reasons for child obesity such as if child often eats too much of junk food and fast food, too much of ice-creams, candies or any other food that is injurious for health. If child is not going for proper exercise then it might be another serious problem for obesity. Mostly children prefer to watch TV and do not pay much interest on their daily activities. While watching TV they intake unhealthy food that becomes the reason for their obesity. In this they forget the fact that they are doing a great damage to their body and health. Junk food and fast foods are also one of the reasons in increasing obesity in child. The companies promote their junk food stuff with attractive advertisements and therefore kid makes the habit of eating such sort of harmful food. This is the duty of the parents to look into the eating habit of their child and make him realize the effects of such type of food.

Child obesity also gives rise to other serious health related problems such as difficulty in mobility. This is one of the main problems of obese child. In this he finds hard to move around, to play, to climb, to jump and to do various other physical activities.
