Many diet plans ensure you that they can prevent you from the problem of obesity and helps you in effectively reducing the weight. But many of these “Miraculous Diet” may not be effective in the long run. The main key to lose weight is to eat fewer calories and do physical efforts regularly.
According to experts, these diet plans generally contain low calories and do not satisfy the complete need of the body. So after some time people generally shift from these diet plans to their unhealthy normal diets by which their impact in the long run becomes ineffective. It is the normal tendency of people that the moments they restrict themselves from eating some food, their body automatically initiate a desire for the same.
Various diet plans that generally focus on exclusive foods include Soup diets, Detox diet, Miracle diet, Very low cal diet, crash diets etc.
Detox Diet – This diet generally include various procedures such as liver flushes, hormone injections etc. However there is no such scientific proof about the efficiency of such diet.
Miracle Diet – There is no shortcut for healthy weight loss. People who use short cut such as various diet pills and medicine to reduce weight in short period of time become weaker and susceptible to many diseases. No single medicine or diet is such effective to reduce weight safely in short period of time.
Very Low Cal Diet – Reducing calorie in your diet is the faster way to reduce the weight. But when you take very low calorie diet you body automatically feel starve and hence readjust the metabolism, due to which when you shift to your normal diet, you can gain more weight than ever.
Crash Diets – People who take “crash diets” to reduce their weight generally get success for short span of time. But in long run this diet is no such effective. People who use crash diet generally cut the quantity of food in the diet. If your diet is scientifically good then it may show good result in the long run otherwise there are very few chances for long term benefits.
